For the past 30 years Marianne’s time has been divided between osteopathic practice and various roles in osteopathic education at Oxford Brookes University, BCOM and other UK providers of osteopathic education. Marianne brings an outstanding depth of knowledge and expertise to our team. As Head of Clinic at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM), she plays a leading role in clinical practice and lecturing, while teaching nationally and internationally and sharing her expertise with healthcare professionals around the world.

Marianne’s journey into osteopathy began with an elite swimming background, which sparked her interest in sports injuries, movement and recovery. Combined with her extensive clinical and academic experience, this gives her a valuable perspective on helping patients manage pain, improve function and remain active.

 

Highly respected within the osteopathic profession, Marianne has a particular interest in persistent pain and complex conditions, taking a collaborative, patient-centred approach to help people understand their symptoms and achieve meaningful, realistic goals.
